رابطة أبناء المنخفضات الارترية منظمة مجتمع مدني، تعمل على الدفاع عن حقوق ومصالح مكونات مجتمع المنخفضات والعمل مع المكونات الارترية الاخرى لبناء دولة العدالة والمساواة، في ظل نظام حكم لامركزي دستوري يسع الجميع.

شهدت مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية بقاعة مدينة الطيبات عرسا رائعا في ليلة تكريم الفنان التشكيلي الارتري الأستاذ / محمود دبروم أقامها الملتقي الثقافي العربي الارتري .. تحت شعار الانبعاث الحضاري للأمة باحياء ادواتها الثقافية .. وبالرغم من قصر فترة الإعداد والتحضير لهذه المناسبة الهامة والمختلفة كانت أمسية جامعة بكل ما تقتضيه هذه الكلمة من معني فكانت جامعة بين عبق الماضي وجمال التراث وإبداع الفن التشكيلي متمثلا في مدينة الطيبات … أو متحف الشيخ الراحل / عبدالرؤوف خليل رحمه الله .. وقد جمعت بين حداثة وفنون التكنولوجيا بجمالها الباهي التي رسمت لوحاتها الرائعة بعروض الليزر التي بهرت الحاضرين ونالت إعجابهم .. وبين عظمة التاريخ النضالي الحاضر دوماً في الوجدان ممثلاً في جيل الثورة من الرعيل الأول وقدامى المقاتلين ومبدعين من مختلف المشارب ممن أفنوا ريعان شبابهم من اجل عزة وكرامة الشعب الارتري .. وبينهما كان جيل المهجر الذي ظل يحلم بتحقيق أماني واحلام إبائهم واجداهم في وطن سعيد تظلله روح العدالة والديموقراطية والمساواة لينعم إنسانه بالعزة والكرامة التي مهرت بالغالي والنفيس .. وكانت جامعة أيضا بين شقائق الرجال .. فقد كان حضور المرأة الارترية مشرفا ، وهي التي رافقت الرجال في مختلف الميادين منذ بواكير العمل النضالي من أجل الحرية والإستقلال ، عاملة في المنظمات المدنية إلي الصمود في وجهه الاعداء بحمل السلاح والاستشهاد من اجل الحرية والكرامة في فترة الكفاح المسلح .
وقد كان وقع حضور الإعلام السعودي كبير جداً على نفوسنا ، والذي تمثل في صحيفة مكة وبعض المواقع الاخري .. لهم منا جزيل الشكر على تشريفنا .. وهكذا شكل الحضور الجميل لوحة جمالية زادها ألقاً لوحات المحتفى به الاستاذ الفنان / محمود دبروم .
ثم انسابت فقرات هذه الأمسية الخالدة التي أبتدأت بآيات من الذكر الحكيم ، تلاها :
1-كلمة ترحيبية وتعريف بالأمسية من الأستاذ عبد الرحمن عثمان عضو اللجنة التأسيسية للملتقى الثقافي
2- قراءة وافيه للاستاذ / محمد جميل احمد .. عن الفنون والآداب في إرتريا عموما وبشكل خاص عن فن الاستاذ / محمود دبروم .
3- كلمة الملتقي الثقافي العربي الارتري .. من الاستاذ / صالح اشواك .
4- نص شعري للاستاذة / حنان محمد صالح .
5- قصيدة جميلة من الشاعر / محمد نور ادم (شتات) .
6- قصيدة رائعة للاستاذ / عبداللطيف حنشب .

ثم جاءت كلمة المحتفي به الاستاذ الفنان المبدع / محمود دبروم .. همسة جمالية رائعة ، وقد كانت مرتجلة بدأها بالشكر للحضور والمنظمين وشكر خاص لمدينة الطيبات على كرمها باستضافة هذا الحفل دون اي مقابل مادي مشيراً للعلاقة الحميمة التي تربطه بهذه الدار ومؤسسها الشيخ / الراحل عبدالرؤوف خليل رحمه الله وبأبنه الاستاذ/ خالد عبدالرؤوف المحترم .. ثم تناول بالحديث مراحل حياته الفنية والعملية بالمملكة العربية السعودية وعلاقاتة بالمجتمع السعودي الشقيق وعن تاريخ لوحاته ومرحل تطورها المختلفة ..قام بعدها بعرض لوحاته علي شاشة العرض للحضور رافقها بشرح وافي للوحاته خاصة تلك التي لها مناسبات مميزة ووقع خاص في نفسه .. وقد أجاب على سؤال للاخ / الصحفي من صحيفة مكه ..عن دور الفن الحجازي في حياة الاستاذ / محمود دبروم .. فاجابه بشرح وافي وعرض بعض لوحاته عن الحجاز وفنه مقارناً بين أوجه الشبه بين مدينة جدة ومدينة مصوع .
تلتها كلمة مرتجلة من عائلة الاستاذ / محمود دبروم .. قدمتها حفيدة الاستاذ / محمود دبروم .. شكرت فيها اللجنة المنظمة والحضور وتحدثت عن محمود دبروم الاب والجد والمربي .. وقد كانت كلمة رائعة تركت أثراً جميلاً في نفوس الحاضرين.
وكان ختام الأمسية تقديم شهادات تكريمية خاصة عبارة عن دروع مقدمة من الملتقى الثقافي لكل من :
الفنان الأستاذ / محمود دبروم .
الاستاذ / خالد عبدالرؤوف .
المرحوم / محمد سعيد ناود رحمه الله .
درع للفنان الكبير / ادريس محمد علي فك الله اسره.
كما تقدم موقع منخفضات دوت كوم بتكريم للاستاذ / محمود دبروم بدرع خاص .
ثم تلاها تكريم كوكبة من الكتاب والشعراء والمبعدين الارتريين وادارة المتحف
ولقد كانت امسية رائعة في رحاب هذا الجمع الجميل الذي زاوج بين عراقة الماضي وألقه وطموح الحاضر الذي بدأت بشائره تورق بالأمل والوعد بغد جميلـ.

A well thought and presented article3. May Allah reward you. I would like to emphasize on the point you mentioned regarding the difference between a real and just solution for all the people in contrast with a mere “substitute ” of a person to replace Esayas with minor cosmetic changes like the repeal of the 2% income tax, closing the Sawa Concentration camp, and activating the 1997 constitution or part of it; without going deep into resolving the inequities of land confiscation from the indigenous peasant and pastureland from the herdsman especially from the people and tribes of the low land inhabitants .
We find the initiatives of the Eritrean lowlanders league tackle this dilemma and provide with a fair solution to the unlawful land grabbing by the few rich people of outland tribes and individuals, leaving the indigenous metahitits destitute and landless to support their lifestyle . That is why E.L.L. is facing animosity from most of the opposition groups if not all. But, we know the weaknesses and opportunistic inclinations of those groups. So, the dogs will continue to bark while the caravan continues its journey. You, and especially the founders of this blessed league have an enormous task and challenge ahead of you. Be proactive in anticipating and challenging the difficulties. Do not be side tracked by your enemies and adversaries. Prepare for the worst including threats on your jobs and even lives; so act in advance. We have seen what the cowards have done to Saeed Saleh in Kassala in the 70s and how Tekhle Kuchi fired all Jebertie and Saho from their jobs in the early 80s and replaced them with this non Muslim habeshas . I don’t mean to sue the dead Tekhle for his anti Muslim practices but to prepare my brothers in the league of what they May face for their heroic stand for truth and justice from their sworn enemies. (Wakathalika yaf3aloon), Don’t be worried about your Jeberti Saho or Nebera brothers of the highlands. As a Jeberti I was taught by my parents May Allah bless their souls in Jannat Al ferdous, that Beni Amer are the strategic depth of the highland Muslims. In that era, the term “Beni Amer” was generically used for all people of Quolla (warm climate) even for the Jeberties of Misyam and Mansura. Your strength is our strength, your weakness is also our weakness. We ask Allah for your success.
